The “Blå Marked” (Blue
Market) in Låsby was established in
1989 and is Denmark’s oldest, permanent indoor hawker’s
market. Since its establishment in 1989, the Blå Marked in Låsby
has grown into one of Central Jutland’s largest tourist
attractions with approx. 250,000 visitors every year. The Blå Marked
is located between Aarhus and Silkeborg, close to
the motorway. Trading at the Blå Marked in Låsby is conducted in
the old-fashioned way where prices are haggled over.
At the market you meet real Danish culture through several generations
and you can find everything within antiques, old
furniture, glassware, porcelain, paintings, jewellery and much more.
Don’t miss out on this free experience but remember to
set aside a lot of time for your visit as there is a lot to see. At the
Blå Marked you can visit the cosy market inn or the cafeteria
with its comprehensive menu and enjoy the good food
and
drinks at reasonable prices.

The
"Blå Marked" (Blue Market) in Haslev is, with its 12,000 sq.m. divided into five
heated halls, Scandinavian’s largest
permanent hawker’s market. At the Blå Marked you can find, e.g. the largest
selection of antique and old furniture,
glassware, collector’s items, porcelain, paintings, old signs, jewellery, gold
and silver, royal porcelain as well as
secondhand, older books and much, much more. At the Blå Marked you can also find
a wide selection of new toys, arts
and crafts, leather goods, spices, fashion wear, etc. Yes, you can even find a
butcher and hairstylist.
At the Blå Marked you do not need to go hungry or thirsty as there are two
cafeterias with seating for 300 guests offering
both hot and cold lunch dishes and drinks at family-friendly prices.
The Blå Marked is located in the middle of Zealand only 60km from Copenhagen and
43km from Vordingborg, close to the motorway E47/E55/E20.
A visit to the Blå Marked, with over 200 different stalls, is a meeting with
real Danish culture through many generations
and is a land of milk and honey for collectors of any kind.

open Saturdays and Sundays – throughout the year from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
